Giving Cards

Thanks to some extraordinarily generous giving, the forecast budget deficit for the year of around £50,000 has shrunk to a very small figure, and by God’s grace we may end up breaking even. Plans for the Summer

Our theme for the next few months will be “Growing Faith”. In our Sunday services we are working through the book of Ephesians, a letter in the Bible to one of the early churches, and a statement of the message of the Good news of Jesus, and description of the benefits to believers in him, calling the church to live in a way that reflects those benefits, and in the power of the extraordinary love of God.There will be 2 courses on offer, as well as the opportunity for home groups to try out some of the courses. Daniel Bennett to be new Youth Worker

Daniel has just finished his training at Moorlands Bible College and will come to live in Fircroft House with his wife Yaz. They will provide guidance and support to our growing youth group. Read more

Sidesmen/Sideswomen Wanted

We still need Sidesmen/Sideswomen for 8.30am and 6.00pm Services The main duties are: ♦ Welcoming people ♦ Giving out Pew Sheet; ♦ Counting numbers of arrivals. We would need you to arrive half-an-hour before the start of the service, and be able to stay a short time after the service to count the collection and ensure pew books are back in place. Youth trip to Romania

One of the difficulties for young people in Romania is that there are absolutely no youth organisations at all- no Scouts, Brownies, Boys Brigade, Kidz Clubs, Cadets, and very little culture of junior sports clubs. Where once there was presumably the Communist youth league, now there is nothing. (click for more) Read more
