Education Sunday 15thSeptember

For the 10.30 service on Sunday we are designating it as Education Sunday (the rest of the World had it last Sunday) I have invited Mrs Sharon Pritchard the head teacher, to come and share her vision and needs for Grayshott School, and for us to pray for them and for the nation as well. We will have Worship songs led by Bryn Bennet, recently back from a year with Youth With a Mission, a reading and a short talk, and then Mrs Pritchard will speak. If anyone from the 8.30am or 6.00pm service would like to come, of course you are most welcome. In the light of this we are not having a communion at the 10.30 a.m. This is a first, and my plan is do this each year, to underline our connection with Grayshott School, and potentially develop the service more in the future. A message from our vicar Jeremy

The evening Service is ‘Sung Compline’ this is a 20-25 minute Night Prayer service, with the prayers being sung by me, to the old monastic chants. This isn’t to everyone’s liking, but it is a different experience, and it is quite meditative. If you want to come for the first time to that you would be most welcome. ........
