Junior Church

Activities are held for children from the youngest age during the 1030am service- apart from the first Sunday of the month when the Family service aims to keep the children fully engaged for the 40-50 minutes of the service.

Children (0-2 years)

There is a children's zone at the back of the church with toys, books and activities to enable parents to stay in church with young children. As children become more familiar with church we are planning to run a creche in the church rooms which will operate for those young children who are happy to leave their parents.

Children (2-11 years)

Three age specific groups operate for these children: Bubbles (2-5), Splash (5-8),  X-stream (8-11). As well as Christian teaching, there is plenty of play, craft and other activities.

Children (11-14+ years)

"The Grid" runs each week with this growing number of young people at St. Luke's. In addition there is a monthly youth service for this age group, on the fourth Sunday of each month at 6pm in the church rooms.
